Terms of use
Last updated 21 October 2026
QuizBuzz is run by Harry Walsh in the United Kingdom. By using it you agree to these terms.
The service
QuizBuzz lets you host live quizzes that players answer on their own devices. We work hard to keep it running and to keep the ready-made questions accurate, but it is provided as is. We can't promise it will never go down, and you're responsible for checking quiz content before you use it.
Your quizzes
Questions you write are yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to the players in your games. Don't upload anything unlawful, hateful or that you don't have the right to use.
Payments
A Party Pass is a one-off payment that unlocks paid features for the stated number of hours from purchase. Pro is a subscription that renews each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
If something goes wrong with a paid quiz night and it was our fault, email hello@quizbuzz.co.uk and we'll put it right or refund you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. Because a Party Pass gives you immediate access to digital content, you agree that the 14-day cancellation period ends once you start using it.
Fair use
Don't try to break, overload or misuse the service, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes here. If you pay for a subscription, we'll email you before any change that affects you.
